Research published in the Journal of Human Movement Studies. It has been observed that suppression of TEOAEs occurrence is eliminated in incidents of craniocerebral injuries. Otoacoustic emmisons are sounds generated by the micro-mechanic components of the Corti outer hair cells and recorded in the outer auditory canal. The purpose of this study was to assess whether the blows Taekwondo athletes receive in the head are such so as to cause phenomena equivalent to those in Craniocerebral injuries.
