I very much welcome contributions like this book as a trainer. It promotes the daily work of the trainers and athletes and explains the principles of the techniques and combinations.
The video accompaniment is a very modern and pleasant presentation of the content. And that also demonstrated by top fighters.
Since there is so far little scientific literature in Taekwondo, this book is a great enrichment for Taekwondo.
